Role Overview As a Service and Delivery Expert, you'll be integral to our operations, ensuring timely delivery with highest quality as well as high uptime and reliability for our BESS. You'll handle both the preparation of our battery systems for delivery and support the operation of our installed fleet, working closely with our team of experts and external partners. Much of this is done from our site in Gothenburg but on-site work is also part of this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, configure and test industrial battery systems for delivery.
- Commission new battery systems including performing Site Acceptance Test.
- Support and execute field maintenance of Capture Energy’s installed batteries, mainly in the vicinity of Gothenburg but occasionally further away.
- Support in remote as well as on-site trouble shooting of installed batteries
Qualifications
- Certified electrician. If you have certification for working also on high voltage installations, this is a big plus.
- 5+ years in service or maintenance roles.
- Experience with complex products and troubleshooting. Not necessarily batteries even though this is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and either Swedish or Norwegian.
- Strong collaboration and analytical skills.
