Role Overview
As a Senior Delivery Project Manager at Capture Energy, you will play a crucial role in the success of our large-scale delivery projects. You will lead both operational execution and internal learning processes, especially in the first-time delivery of new Capture Energy products.
Key Responsibilities
Large Delivery Projects:
- Manage delivery projects end-to-end—from contract signature to final implementation.
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers (KAMs) and customers prior to contract signing to validate and optimize project plans.
- Ensure timely, high-quality delivery according to contractual standards.
- Proactively manage project risks, both financial and operational.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with customers during the delivery phase.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the project steering committee.
- Maintain full control over all resources within the approved project budget.
First Deliveries of New Products:
- Manage the first-time delivery of new products with the same rigor as large-scale projects.
- Document all challenges encountered throughout the project.
- Ensure that mitigation measures are implemented in the company’s quality manual or initiate product improvements as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
Essential:
- University-level technical education.
- Proven experience in project management, including several large-scale CAPEX projects (from an EPC or client-side perspective).
- Strong grasp of budgeting and financial follow-up.
- Demonstrated technical curiosity and aptitude.
Desirable:
- Familiarity with energy infrastructure, measurement, and control systems.
- Experience in customer-facing roles.
